Can you remove the panels?

Absolutely.  Our panels can be removed and replaced within minutes.  Watch this video to see how simple it is.  Need a foundation crack repaired?  No problem!  We can do that for you, check out our crack repair!

 How long will it take for our basement to be completely finished?

The ceiling, flooring and wall system will be done, with all necessary electrical, within two weeks. This time frame will only increase if a bathroom addition is planned or if our contractors cannot get into the home when scheduled.

Do we have color/material choices?

Our standard choices for carpet and wall fabric are included in the basement system, however custom materials may be chosen for an additional price, and would be quoted in the original estimate. If custom choices are selected during the project, pricing will be adjusted.

Do you install your wall system in areas other than basements?

Yes, we can install our wall system anywhere, to create rec rooms, home offices, family rooms and more, in any area of your house.

Do you remodel the entire basement or just install the walls?

Eliminate the hassle of getting separate contractors to do your electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceilings, and walls--we do an entire remodeling package for you. (Our competitors usually only put up walls and leave the rest to you.)

Can we get something other than carpet for the flooring?

You will receive Shaw Berber carpet, designed to coordinate with any color scheme or style, complete with standard glue down padding, or you may select Vinyl Tile by Armstrong / American Standard.

Other flooring options are:

• Higher grade carpet complete with padding in your choice of colors and styles.

• Wood Laminate - a beautifully resilient “faux” wood product in your choice of finishes.

• Ceramic Tile - for that “custom” look that lasts a lifetime - in a variety of colors.

All of our flooring choices promise ONE-DAY installation* by certified installers. The floor is prepped for best results using the best products (premium glue when applicable) that offer the best warrantees.
*ceramic tile requires slightly more installation time.

Are there ceiling choices?

Many options are available for custom ceilings including brass and chrome grids, wood ceilings and tin panels. All products are USG and Armstrong.

What about labor and material warranties?

We carry a ten-year material warranty and a five year labor warranty. Our Class-A fire protection ceiling system also comes with a ten-year warranty.

How much can we expect our basement to cost?

The cost of Impressive’s Full Basement System™ is about the same as that of a conventional drywall basement system. The advantages of our basement system are the innovative look, the strength and durability of the product, noise control and the elimination of mold.

How do we know that the price quoted will not increase?

We guarantee our quote to be the finished price of the job. Only if you request additional work during the project will the price change.
